Who You'll Work With

You will join Slalom's Global Technology Marketing Team and lead marketing for our Cloud and Technology Enablement Partnerships. In this global leadership role, you will partner with senior leaders to drive growth in one of the company's most impactful business units. As a senior leader within our cloud partner marketing organization, you will work with business leaders and marketers who support multiple cloud partnerships, including AWS, Microsoft, and Google, to develop a multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plan.

Role Overview

The Partner Marketing Director - Cloud and Technology Enablement will be a senior leader within Slalom's Global Technology Marketing Team, responsible for driving growth in one of the company's most impactful business units. This role involves leading marketing initiatives for cloud and technology partnerships, with a focus on multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud strategies across key partners such as AWS, Microsoft, and Google.

You will bring deep knowledge of technology partner ecosystems, with a proven history of executing integrated marketing and communications programs, go-to-market strategies, and cross-platform campaigns that deliver measurable results. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven, creative marketing leader to design innovative ways for Slalom to enhance its market presence and maximize the impact of its partnerships.

As a senior leader, you will collaborate extensively with business leaders, marketing teams, and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that align with Slalom's overall objectives. Success in this role requires agility, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving business needs while leading the organization through change.

What You'll Do
  • Develop a comprehensive 12-month strategy for cloud marketing partnerships, working closely with leaders in marketing, alliances, and sales.
  • Lead the development of Slalom's multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and the supporting go-to-market plan.
  • Drive the execution of marketing plans, ensuring they maximize business impact and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Own relationships with partner marketing leads, co-developing joint programming, securing funding, and executing external campaigns.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market, client, people, and subject matter expert teams to develop programs, content, resources, and materials tailored for key internal and external audiences.
  • Lead planning meetings to establish event and campaign strategies that align with shared business goals.
  • Evaluate and prioritize requests and initiatives based on their potential to drive outcomes, ensuring focus on high-impact efforts that align with strategic objectives.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure ROI and optimize marketing tactics through a test-and-learn approach.
  • Partner with internal teams to manage the planning and execution of large-scale events, aligning efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Lead budget management for marketing initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve the highest ROI.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Slalom leadership, partner teams, and external agencies to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
What You'll Bring
  • Excellent understanding of integrated marketing activities, from advertising and sponsorships to direct marketing and events.
  • Experience executing complex marketing programs and events.
  • Experience developing and executing paid and organic marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, goal creation, and measurement.
  • Data-driven, results-oriented marketing leader with the ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive business results across a shared vision.
  • Keen understanding of the partner ecosystem and running partner-specific campaigns.
  • Prior experience with cloud technology partners, including AWS, Microsoft, and Google.
  • Experience using marketing automation tools (Salesforce Pardot experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while remaining flexible and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passionate and curious marketer who embraces a learner's mindset.
  • Ability to maintain professional composure even under pressure.
  • Experience managing budgets and complex schedules.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Advanced skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
What We Need From You:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • At least 12 years of marketing experience, preferably in partner marketing, with a background in cloud technology partnerships.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary pay range is $170,000 to $210,000 In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
