The organization is looking for a Director of Fundraising Development to lead and enhance its major gift fundraising strategies. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing a comprehensive development program aimed at securing substantial contributions from individuals and family foundations. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess at least 7 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, and a proven history of successfully closing six-figure gifts. Strong management and administrative skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. We seek a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Experience in an academic medical institution or hospital environment is preferred, and a graduate degree or CFRE certification is a plus. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for remote work options, but may require occasional travel to fulfill the organization's fundraising objectives.
