Job Title: Pharmacy Manager & Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) - Retail and Compounding Location: Dallas, TX Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 per year
About Us: A rapidly growing compounding pharmacy serving over 35 states, with plans to expand nationwide, is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager and PIC to oversee retail and compounding operations.

Job Summary: The Pharmacy Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and operational excellence in both retail and compounding. This role requires strong knowledge of USP standards and a passion for patient-focused care.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage pharmacy operations, inventory, and vendor relationships
Lead and train staff, fostering professionalism and excellence
Ensure compliance with USP 795, 797, 800, FDA, DEA, and state regulations
Collaborate with healthcare providers on customized compounding solutions
Maintain active pharmacist licenses across multiple states
Qualifications:
PharmD with an active Texas license; multi-state licensing preferred
5+ years of pharmacy management experience (sterile compounding preferred)
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and regulatory compliance
Experience training pharmacists and collaborating with providers
Must be licensed in the following states:
-Louisiana -Tennessee -Oklahoma -Nebraska -Nevada -Arkansas
Schedule:
Weekdays: 9 AM - 6:30 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 9 AM - 1 PM
Application Requirements:
Must reside locally or be willing to relocate to the Dallas area
Background and drug test required
