Job Requirements: Radiologic Technologist License and Certifications: -OBMI (Oregon Board of Medical Imaging) license required -ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required -BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Schedule: -4x10s schedule: 07:00 - 17:30 On-call required: -Overnight: 17:30 - 07:00 (1-2 nights per week) -Weekends: 24-hour on-call shifts Saturday & Sunday (once per month) Assignment includes OR procedures, Endoscopy procedures, inpatient, day patient, outpatient workflows, and three work sites (South Waterfront/CHH2 as well as the OR and Endoscopy Unit at the Main OHSU Hospital). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assists physician during cases while operating a variety of complex radiologic imaging equipment including fluoroscopy, digital subtraction angiography, and ultrasonography and cone beam CT application. 2. Prep the patient and prepare supplies under sterile conditions for the procedure. Scrub in with the physician and assist in performing procedure if needed. 3. Accurately obtains x-rays for the exams while being respectful to the patient's abilities and safety issues. 4. In collaboration with other staff, provides patient care during examinations. 5. Operates automatic injectors and selects the appropriate contrast agent for the patient and the exam under the direction of the physician. 6.
