An exciting new opportunity for an experienced registered nurse located on I-45 in North Texas. A healthcare-system affiliated hospital is seeking a full-time, TX-licensed RN for their highly respected Intensive Care Unit.
Located in the DFW area, the Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse ICU will have the chance to work in a highly respected 100+ bed hospital. Providing the highest quality care, the RN Emergency Department Registered Nurse will be working a healthcare facility the provides the community the following: Surgical Services, Emergency Care, Cardiology, Labor & Delivery, Physical and Speech Therapy, and Outpatient Surgery. Additionally, this hospital has recently made renovations to modernize their facility. In doing so, the RN Critical Care Registered Nurse will utilize the latest healthcare technology and equipment to help provide high quality patient care.
This self-motivated individual will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for the patient directly. In doing so, the Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse ICU will respond quickly and accurately to changes in the patient's condition. The Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse ICU will also promote patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and educating patients about their diagnosis.
Furthermore, the Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse ICU will strive to further their nursing knowledge by attending performance improvement evaluations, receiving additional training, and succeeding in getting proper ICU certifications, including: CCRN, AACN and/or CMC.
