Pulmonary Critical Care Physician - Hartford Hospital

Hartford HealthCare, the most comprehensive integrated health care system in CT, is seeking Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine Physicians for Hartford Hospital. We are part of a complex and advanced 7 Hospital System with one of the largest behavioral health networks in New England, robust Rehabilitation and Home Care organizations, and a large multi-specialty medical group with more than 1,000 engaged physicians and advanced practitioners.

Highlights of our Tertiary Care Center ICU:

• Opportunity to lead team of residents, students, advanced practitioners, and pharmacists
• Ecmo Center
• Closed unit with no overnight in house call and experienced advanced practitioner and resident support 24 hours a day
• Opportunity to collaborate with multiple medical and surgical specialty teams

• Inpatient Pulmonary Consults
• Outpatient Pulmonary Opportunities
• Cystic Fibrosis Center
• Pulmonary Hypertension Clinics
• Research and Teaching opportunities
• Opportunities to cover other teaching hospitals or community hospitals throughout the Hartford Healthcare System
• Oncology collaboration with Memorial Sloan Kettering
• Access to the Hartford HealthCare Physician Leadership Institute, an intensive training program designed specifically for physicians with an interest in leadership
