Matchwell is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) in and around Winter Park, FL for a new facility partner. We are offering Per Diem/flexible scheduling OR Block/Contract booking.
RN Job Responsibilities May Include:
Collect data (may be part of an assessment (e.g., vital signs, resident's complaints, symptoms, etc.)Observe the residents (e.g., location, activity, position, etc.)Administer and document medications and treatmentsCollect information to assist the interdisciplinary care plan team in the plan of careCommunicate with RNs and or physicians regarding pertinent resident observations and informationDocument observations and care in compliance with standards of care and company policyComplete required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations
Job Requirements include (but not limited to):
Graduate of an accredited school of NursingValid State licensure as an RN in good standingCurrent CPR certification
