Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking an academic and clinical leader to serve as the Chief of the Department of Radiation Oncology and hold an academic appointment as Associate or Full Professor of Radiation Oncology at Harvard Medical School.
This individual will be responsible for the full scope of clinical, research and educational activities of the department as well as collaborative activities with the other departments, Mass General Cancer Center, Mass General Brigham System, Harvard Medical School, and other affiliated institutions.
Candidates will possess considerable leadership, managerial and collaborative skills, with a national/international reputation in Radiation Oncology. Candidates should have a clear vision for achieving excellence in clinical care, research, and teaching, in order to lead a complex and successful department to even higher levels of excellence.
