COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatric Dentist (DMD or DDS)

• Compensated 30% of production, not collections
• Uncapped earning potential - ideal earnings in first year at practice would be between $200,000 and $250,000 while working all 4 days a week
• $10,000 sign-on/relocation bonus

• Looking for associate dentist willing to do all forms of dentistry - can make north
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000 for out of state dentists!

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Pediatric Dentist (DMD or DDS)

• Will consider Pediatric DMD or DDS candidates
• Pediatric dentistry - 100% peds up to 20 year old children
• 4-day work week most weeks with 2 Fridays a month open until 3pm
• Very focused on work/life balance - comfortably schedule time off

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pediatric Dentist (DMD or DDS)

• Will consider new graduate pediatric dentists
• Looking for dentist with Pediatric residency, but will consider dentists with vast pediatric experience as well
• Would consider out of state dentists, but need AL license before seeing patients
• CEUs and development are important factors - plenty of CE opportunities free of cost through the practice
