Nurse Practitioner needed in Arizona for Occupational Medicine coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and AZ state license. Shifts will be Monday - Friday 8a - 5p. Will see 10 patients per day at most, some days will be very slow, and patients will be Pediatrics to Geriatric, most will be adults for Occupational health. DOT Certificate and Medicare & Medicaid number needed. Must be comfortable with doing physicals for drivers & railroad workers, diabetes, high blood pressure, will also see patients with chronic pain/illness, as well as follow up and wellness exams. Suturing skills preferred. Provider will have 1 MA, Physician on site most of the time.   • Lots of time to chart and take time with patients.
