Join us and work where YOU belong. The Anesthesia Technician is a trained member of the anesthesia/surgery team with knowledge of anesthesia equipment and supplies. He/She, under direct supervision, is responsible for assisting the CRNAI Anesthesiologist, pre, intra and postoperatively with pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. The technician is responsible for transport, patient care, materials management and environmental responsibilities as assigned. The Anesthesia Technician is expected to respond to exxtreme emergencies arising in anesthesia and operating room situations. Must be able to get along well with and execute orders from doctors. Respond to nurses and peers under all conditions without adding to the stress of critical situations. * Strongly prefer healthcare experience or background. * Prior Anesthesia Technician experience preferred. * High school graduate preferred or Course work in a biological science program
