Come join our team and assist in the comprehensive management of gynecologic cancer patients in all aspects of their oncology care: pre and post-op surgical care, coordination of infusions and radiation treatments, as well as assisting in patients participation in clinical research trials. Responsibilities:
In your job, you will have the ability to make a difference in a patients journey by:Outpatient Clinic and Hospital rounding. Work closely with the physician and current staff to provide comprehensive gynecologic oncology care. Travel time between two offices and hospitals to assist with inpatient and outpatient careKnowledge of chemotherapy patient management and womens healthAssess, plan, implementand evaluatecare for individual patients; provide education.Initiateand documentappropriate interventions; evaluateand recordpatient/family response within practice protocol; prescribedrug therapies per protocol/physician consultation.Assistphysicians and performprocedures as needed; conductpatient assessments and providephysician with information prior to seeing the patient.Completepatient office bill.Providecase management for oncology clients and their families.May supervise the activities of clinical nursing and support staff.

Qualifications:
This position allows for all levels of experience.Minimum Qualifications:Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program for nursing education and successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program.RN Arizona license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in Arizona.Current Arizona licensure as Nurse Practitioner. Interest in womens health and gynecologic oncology. New graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
