Oncology Services Director - Medical Oncology/Radiation Oncology

This is a full time (0.8 - 1.0 Status), day shift Oncology Services Director position in the Medical Oncology/Radiation Oncology department. The director is a qualified professional with appropriate clinical training and leadership experience. He/she is responsible for clinical direction, quality outcomes, and financial health of the services line. Director roles are house-side, functional, multidisciplinary and service oriented.

Minimum Required: Minimum of BSN with three (3) to five (5) years of clinical and management experience required. Licensed or eligible for license in the state of Montana as an RN. Proficient in English. Verbal and written communications skills. Excellent computer skills required.

Preferred/Desired: Masters degree in nursing or business field or evidence of pursuing on a continuing basis preferred. Previous experience in oncology and clinic operations preferred.

This position is subject to Drug and Alcohol Testing according to MT Law 39-2-205-39-2-211.
